  1. Returns Eligibility
    We accept returns on unused, unopened, and resalable nail tips, nail polish, and other nail art products.
    Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
    Used or opened nail polish
    Used nail art tools
    Custom or personalized products

    Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the items.
    Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with return instructions.
  4. Processing Time
    After we receive and inspect your returned items, your return will be processed within 7 business days.
    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
  5. Shipping
    We offer free shipping on all orders.
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
